25mm Thickness Fiber Glass Wool Foil-Faced Glass Wool Roll For Metal Building Insulation
FSK-Faced glass wool roll is consisted of long, resilient fibers bonded together with a thermosetting resin to form a lightweight, flexible glass wool blanket. FSK- Faced glass wool has an foil facing on one side, with stapling flanges provided. The foil facing could be supplied with Light-Duty, Medium-Duty, Heavy Duty vapor barrier (Foil-Scrim-Kraft) accordingly to project designs or customer’s requirement.
FSK-Faced glass wool blanket is designed to improve the thermal performance of metal building wall and roofs.
At the system HOT END, the raw materials are dosed, mixed, melted, fiberized, impregnated with a special binder and formed into a primitive mat of very fine fiber glass. Continuous conveyors transport the mat to the COLD END of the plant for binder polymerization. The product is then cut to shape and packed for shipping.
